Hello everyone been having a look through the forum seems great and very friendly Ive only vaped previously with a disposable from tescos 10 motive think its called? I wasnt impressed so gave up and after having my son started to smoke again and as we all know starting again means you smoke more than you ever did before! well im now on 25+ a day and im making myself sick of smoking! My starter kit came yesterday I ordered this one; era3.co.uk/products/v-go-range/i3-electronic-cigarette-starter-kit-product.htmlWhats your thoughts on it? Im pleased with it so far really like the clearomizer (sp) so heres my long list of questions really sorry to bore people but im a bit clueless! Ive purchased some extra e liquid can I just keep filling these clearomizers or do I need to buy new clearomizers? How long do batteries generally last on kits like this? I eventually want a kit thats going to last, what kits do you recommend or should I buy all seperate parts and build up a kit? would ideally like to spend around £40 or would I need to spend more for a good kit? sorry for the list! thanks everyone x

Hi Cakey, Please don't ever worry about asking questions - that's the main reason for the forum I really can't work out for certain, from the pic on the website, what model e-cig you have bought. However it looks like it comes with only on battery & you are going to struggle when that battery is on charge

Thanks for your quick replies Yes it does only have one battery really didnt think about it being on charge should I buy another battery for now or just wait until I get a new kit? I was hopefully going to buy a new kit just after xmas. So what is the best for the part that holds the liquid (sorry Im really not clued up on all the parts yet!) ive seen cartomizers, pre filled cartomizers and clearomizers I like the clearomizer as I can see what liquid Im using but if the others are better I would go with them. xxx

Purely a matter of choice. Many people love the clearomisers though as they're easy to fill and you can see how much juice is in them I would go for a kit and keep what you have already as back up. The kits I've linked to have a 510 thread so many things are compatible with them. I couldn't find on the link you posted about your kit what thread it had

A warm welcome to you Cakey . . . if your budget permits, I'd be inclined to buy a new kit now, but failing that another battery would make life much easier for you right now. With that size battery you are going to have limitations as to what you can use on it.

Nice one Karma that kit is only £3.00 more than a spare mini battery from the place Cakey has bought her one battery kit from. (((Cakey))) I also wish you had found us first. But if it helps you feel better, compared to some folks, you haven't paid way over the top for your starter kit.

I would cakey. It's a 510 fitting so if you buy one of the kits linked to or similar in the New Year it will be totally compatible. You need another (at least 1) clearomiser, which comes with that small kit. They're considered disposable. Seem to be able to last 1 week to around 6 weeks and some have replaceable wicks. There are also loads of threads about cleaning them etc to prolong their life!
