Still love vaping but it leaves me really dehydrated. I use 11mg 70/30 pg/vg(I think) but would willingly go down to 6mg and less throat hit wouldn't be a problem.
Is it the pg/vg mix that's the problem or the nicotine level? or is it just an unenviable consequence?
Cheers

PG is quite dehydrating so you could try juices with a higher VG content! Alternately, drink more water

I believe PG can lead to dehydration. Conversely VG can cause problems with to much vapour/moisture, hence leaving you a bit chesty. I find a 50/50 mix better and i use 18mg.

I find PG really dries my throat out unless it's HS Menthol sensation because the menthol hit seems to sooth the dry throat. It may be dry but doesn't feel it I find higher based VG juices are much better but for me 100% VG is really thick to vape and tasteless and I've got some 50/50 which I find tickles my throat but doesn't seem to dehydrate me as much as the 80/20 or whatever the standard PG/VG mix is.

VG also causes Dehydration so it's a no win situation I believe, you could try different ratios and see if anything is better or worse for you personally.
