Their T&C's would put me off as well as the lack of Contact details . . . . .
Risk of Loss All items purchased from wickedeliquid.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Errrrrr . . . no, it's their responsibility to ensure you receive your goods and take it up with RM/Carriers in the event of the parcel going astray.

Hmm. Not to be confused with Totally Wicked, who are not terribly popular round here, but not as bad as that.

I find it such a strain to resist ordering from companies like this purely to educate them on the basics of consumer rights. Should really get out more

I wonder how long they will last with the name they have chosen? I can almost hear the sound of solicitors rubbing their hands

I do believe they are registered on this forum.
Well, new or not new, time to get sorting things out.

They registered on the forum about 30 minutes after Pixiguru posted their link - they must have been checking up where their traffic was coming from They haven't applied for vendor status & unless they make a lot of changes to their website, they wont be getting it. Dave, I was wondering the same thing, re their name.
