Problems with new clearomizer

Hi everyone.. I received my Riva Nova this morning, I already have one but this is for a spare. I couldn't wait for it to come as I needed the clearomizer to try out some new I juice. Anyway I filled it put it on the battery and it doesn't work. ??? Can anyone give any advice please. There may be something I have to do, I have done the same as I do with my other one but nothing there at all.

try and lift the centre post at the bottom of the clearomisor it may not be making contact with the battery it may be just a half of a mil , use a tooth pick, ive had this problem

if your new battery is working with the other clearo then it sounds like you have a dud clearo! Get in touch with the vendor and explain what you've tried, I'm sure they'l send a replacement

Karma my battery works ok with my other clearomizer it seems to me the battery is fine except with this clearomizer but I am all new to this so maybe I am thinking wrong

No it doesn't karma think it may be a dud one never mind these things happen

Well you've gotten to the bottom of the problem, I'm sure you can get it sorted out now when you get in touch with the vendor

as ive said if you have this again just try and lift that centre post at the bottom of the clearomisor it normaly works, it only has to be a small fraction out, ive had this a few times in the past.

I'm a bit worried now as I ordered two Riva kits a spare for me and one for my mum, I've just tried the other new clearomizer to check it and that isn't working either ??? Is it strange to have two not working?

sounds like a bad batch, get intouch with the vender, which vender is it. ??

It probably is a bad batch. I got it from Jason Vape Escape and have been really pleased with previous orders from him.. I don't for one minute think its his fault these things happen.. I have emailed to ask if there is anything else I can do..
