I'd like to thank you all so much. From not knowing I had to remove the black plastic part to dripping at 4v and loving it (especially as I can switch flavours whenever I want without having to wash everything out and it still being tainted) in the space of about 10 minutes. You guys really are awesome! Just to add flavour and vapour is off the scale! I can't believe it took me so long to discover this

I think those attys should come with a big sign saying 'REMOVE THE BLACK PLASTIC BIT'. When I got my first 306 there was at least half an hour of head scratching and then the plastic thingy came off accidentally - suddenly it all made sense

I tried to attack the top of it (first screwdriver, then power tools!) thinking it was a sealed-in bung (like you get on cartos!) Can you use the black plastic bit for anything useful?

I only got as far as the screwdriver and luckily the thing fell off anyway. I 'd actually wondered initially if I'd been sent a carto by mistake The only use the black plastic thing seems to have is to make absolute fools of normally sensible people

I don't know how anyone can vape successfully without joining a forum for advice. It's rare to get instructions with any bits of kit probably why there are loads of people on cig-a-likes and pre filled cartos

In the beginning.... .... there was only 3 part e-cigs & most looked like real cigs. They came with a battery, atomiser & prefilled cartridge (nope NOT a cartomiser as they hadn't been invented). The atomisers came with a completely blank "cartridge" attached - i.e. it didn't hold any e-liquid or stfuffing. At the time, we were told the attached empty cart was to protect the atomiser during shipment. And believe it or not, we all loved them, as we could stuff them with fluval & soak them with e-liquid as it became available, thus saving ourselves some money How times have changed in the e-cig world

I cut the top off mine and use it for a drip tip until I get round to ordering the right one (as ordered the wrong fitting one).
