I wouldn't rush to buy the V2.5 . . . but it still remains the best device out there for me as well.

It must be just me, but I have never had the urge to own one. I have 2 main reasons why - I would be to worried about breaking such an expensive bit of kit. I am to tight, I would rather spend 30 quid on a vamo or lava tube and then spend the rest of other things.

I'm with meeee on this one. I could never justify spending that much on a vaping device when there are other things that do the job for massively less money. My entire mixing kit plus the Vamo cost less than that.
And I really don't like the look of these new ones. And the colours are a bit strange. Blamange pink? Really?!

I don't like the look of them either and the price is beyond ridiculous. Users say they're built to last, but if e cigs are treated with care, they all have a long life span. Every one of the e cigs I've ever owned are still working fine.

Sorry Provape, I dont think youre in a position anymore to demand such silly prices, and for a case design and softer button?, No thanks.

Id certainly like to see the sales figures since the advent of much cheaper devices with more features, they obviously felt the need to release something quickly.
Even if its only a pattern change, maybe version 3 but I couldnt justify 2.5 as an 'upgrade'

im not sure if this was something they felt they needed to rush out quickly
as for the cheaper devices with more features, i dont see a whole load of provari's being sold on the forums so people can but a bunch of the cheaper devices.... there is a market for the provari which is very different from the one that the Chinese are plugging with the likes of the Vamo

do not like the style at all, bit have never understood the fuss over them anyhow. far to expensive especially now when you can buy things at a fraction of the price that look a lot better and do a lot more. I also don't think mods have much to do with the vaping experience anyhow, granted you can change the voltage,/wattage and I enjoy trying and collecting cheap new ones but surely what goes on top is more important? not that I'd buy a really expensive topper either though when much cheaper ones give a much better vape. I'd rather spend £180 over a few months on experimenting with cheaper stuff than all in one go on something that doesn't even do as much as my £20 vamo. of course, that is merely my opinion and if you are someone who likes the expensive "quality" stuff then I see no reason why you shouldn't just as much pleasure from it as I do from my tat

of course you are entitled to your opinion as much as anyone... as i have said before there are markets and products for everyone and it amazes me this debate comes around everytime......if you are happy with cheaper products then great, im happy for you... i just wish you didnt feel the need to criticise things you have no experience of if i saw someone in the street with something out of my price bracket like a Ferrari...i wouldnt dream of saying hey thats far too expensive, you can buy things at a fraction of the price that look a lot better and do a lot more ...hell no i would say 'hey nice car, good on ya, i hope you are enjoying it' hey maybe thats just me

As I've said before, quality wise the provari is second to nothing in the vv tube mods range, it's build quality is superb and it's no compromise high end components means that you get the exact power that you set the device for with a very minor drop under load. It's tested over time and will probably still be going when most of this current batch of chinese mods have given up the ghost. Mine has been running for 18months without issue. I do however believe that it's being left behind now by modern innovations, the boys and girls at provape do need to respond to the market requirements and a simple vw upgrade would elevate it back to the top. I and many others have come to prefer variable power from the likes of the vamos and z-maxs and the kick to the standard vv set up. To me it's a situation that's akin to the one that nokia found itself in, was number one phone maker for years but because it refused to move with the times it fell way way behind everything else. All that aside, for what it is, the provari is 10 times better than anything out there of equal spec.

As I said previously............ the new one looks like a device you'd buy from an adult shop But aside from that you cant beat the quality of the Provari............. its strong.......... it hardly ever goes wrong and its quality. At first when I was making a decision about whether to buy one I admit the price did make me squirm........... but once it was in my hands and I tied it out........... that was it......... hooked I agree with what has been said......... Provape needs to get into VV/VW.......... but the fact remains I will not let this little beauty go!!!!!!!!!!!

And the colours are a bit strange. Blamange pink? Really?! And, woss wrong with Blamange Pink pray? As with all things in this life, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, yes they all essentially perform the same function, like any motor car . . . they'll get you from A to B . . . however that experience can be more pleasurable, by the design/quality of the motor you're in. Nobody forces anyone to buy anything, it's a personal choice as to where and with whom we spend our money. Personally, I've never had a moment's regret buying my Provari's all they've done is enhance my vaping experience, where other devices have failed.

Yep, you can get cheaper devices.
I have a lovely, shiney chrome LT, it lasted 3 months of moderate use now I can't screw anything onto it as the threads have stretched so much so works out quite expensive for a cheaper device!
Then the Vamo, which I sold on. Doesn't work straight out of the box, you have to make sure it's not on AVG or risk ruining your attie. You need to send for a hot spring, which is cheap enough, but adding on the postage it's another £5 on to the price!
I'm not bothered about VW as I like changing what juice I'm using throughout the day and different juice like different volts, so there is no difference for me to mess about with the voltage as I'd have to do that with watts!
It's taken me nearly a year of experimenting to come to the decision that as far as vaping is concerned I'd rather pay a bit more for quality as buying cheap just ends up costing more in the long run!
