The problem is obviously worse than I thought. >

What I don't understand is it doesn't seem so prevalent in other markets.

many thanks for all your warm welcome and replys at the moment i smoke roll ups and have done for many years i smoke about 30 a day (ish ) . i don't understand what i need in the way of e cigs and what strength e juice to use. cheers for now

Have you had a look at the links?

Does your e-cig need to look like a ciggie?

Probably, due to the amount you smoke you would be better with a bigger battery such as the Riva linked above. For juice probably get som 18mg and 24mg and see which you prefer!

I can only reinforce what others have already said. Avoid the e-lites and go for something like the Riva kit which Karma linked to above. VapeEscape also sell sampler bottles of juice, so you can try a few without spending too much.

coming off roll-ups I'd go with 24mg....I did in October and I'm still there. Next phase for me is to reduce to 18mg once I've got the couple of month's-worth of juice in my cupboard used up

It looks like i'm going to get the riva 1100 deluxe kit. but before i order anything , apart from the uk wall charger is there anything else i would need to buy for this kit.
has anybody tried the e juice from vapeescape
i wanted a normal tobacco nothing fancy i was thinking like the 555 range.

I am 3 weeks into the same journey you have started on. I have heard nothing but good things about the Riva on this board so that looks like a good start. Dont be afraid of trying all the strange flavours after you have got used to your kit - It's all part of the fun. Vendors regularly offer sample size bottles of juice with discount codes on this forum.

The clearomiser & cartomisers you'll get in the kit are good to get going with but they're designed to hold 1ml > of juice.
The idea of the atomiser is that you only put 2 - 3 drops in, so it's ideal for teasting juices until you find some you like.

It can be a good idea to buy small bottles at first until you find something you like. Any juice you don't like you can sell or swap on the Classifieds Board!
