The only empty carts you will see are the ones you get stuck on new atomisers.
Dont throw them out they can be handy in emergencies.

Certainly not a 'stupid' question - makes perfect sense to me. Some sites call them 'dry' carts as opposed to 'blank' which is probably more explanatory to we noobs. There are no 'stupid questions,' just 'stupid answers' and I'm good at them! Fox

I agree that sellers should point it out & make it clearer. O really like Foxy's idea of calling them dry carts. But maybe some people might interpret that as meaning dry as in dried out aka stale?
