Hi. Adding yet another voice to the chorus of pleased Vamo owners. To others of the chorus, what wattage do you find yourself most often dialing in? About 8 watts seems good to me with a Vivi Nova or a Phoenix atty on. I could use it higher, but there is enough vapor and nicotine there for me at that setting

From the information I have seen the Anyvape works exactly the same as the Vamo, possibly the same control electronics as the Vamo. I have one coming from China and will be looking closely at it's output in comparison to the Vamo. So I think it's more of an aesthetics choice between the two.

I just picked up the Vamo, it arrived about 30 minutes ago! I think it's brilliant only using the voltage as I am used to that from my Provari Mini, but all in all i reckon it's great value for the money it costs,my Provai is being sent back to due to being faulty, so I needed a replacement which might be permanent, the Provari i reckon will be relegated to back up ;-) just because for the cost, it's now lasted long, only bought it back in August! Another Provari being sent back for being faulty I've got mine back and I love it, but I find I'm worried about it breaking, so am using my V1 LT's instead alot of the time. That can't be right I must admit, I don't get the fuss about vw either. It's one or the other and there isn't much difference between them, attys change resistance anyway over time, so you have to adjust one or the other.

The idea of VW is that you won't have to change the setting as the attie resistance changes, the unit will change to accomodate that. It's not just when you change atties it's as they change as well.

I just burned another head by forgetting to change the voltage on my LT . I think vw was made for fools like me, so I ordered a Vamo. £23 delivered for SS is bloody cheap.

Ah come on the Anyvape CVI is so much better looks wise, both V1 and V2 than the ugly vamo. Dont get me wrong i get the Vamo, for the price, not much more than a Twist/Spinner it is an incredible bargain and to be honest i am sure i will end up with one at some point.

That is exactly the difference between VV and VW. VV is absolutely fine if you only ever use one atty with one resistance value. It is an extreme result for this to happen, normaly the worst that will happen is that you get a burn taste or the vape is weaker than you are used to. But it doesnt make you a fool giles, it can happen to anyone.

The sigelei Zmax again I think uses the same control system. So the difference between them is how they look, if looks are important to you then go for the one that floats your boat. Mrs corners keeps telling me I'm sucking on a big silver dildo, I don't care it works for me.

I have one of these on order from China, I would be surprised if he has any stock yet, but I could be wrong. They either are changing to the new design or are producing both, not sure. It is prettier than the Vamo for sure lol, but I will keep it as my back up after I have given it a good test. The SS Vamo is really tough, there is very little that will harm that finish. It should stay pristine till the day it finally breathes it`s last vape EDIT. Just noticed on safercigs listing "COMING SOON"

Yes, I ordered the V2, not sure why they wanted to change the look of them, personally I prefer the display horizontal. I think it is vertical in the V1 like the ZMAX. Just search for "anyvape CV1" on Alibaba

Good point and I'd forgotten that I suppose I like having control, rather like having a manual gearbox over an automatic.
