I've had a lavatube with a vivi nova for a while and i was thinking about upgrading to a vw device as i guess they're better than voltage only . Which device would you go for as there's a few out now, i'm not so bothered about the price as i think that quality is more important !

If you're going for a vv only device then the provari is the best there is If you're looking to go vw then the jury is still out

Vamo is great for the price. It's the only mod I own at present (CV1 on order ) but I find it vapes superbly every time. Easy to use and navigate, nice step up from the standard ego/riva and for £30-£40 you can't go wrong IMHO.

For me it has to be the "throathit" 2hr to charge and lasts me 3-4 days virtually indestructible

If you want VW then the Stainless Steel vamo is available at £22-50 shipped to your door, but it is slow boat shipping, 10 days ish, although someone got their`s in 8 days today. There is very little technically between the CV1 the ZMAX and the VAMO, they all seem to perform great on VW

IMHO there is a lot of hype about vw, unless you are using various atomisers it seems a little pointless to me. I only tend to use a couple of different attys throughout the day and it only takes a couple of seconds to adjust my vamo, lava tube, twist etc to the sweet spot for the atty / juice. Personally I use my lava tube as much if not more than my vamo as it is lighter.

I don't think you can go wrong with a Vamo, some people might be put of it because of it's so cheap, but from what I've read on various forums it's voltage and wattage settings are extremely accurate, and I'm loving mine

I must say I was skeptical about there being any improvement between vv and vw ,having used my Vamo for over two weeks now,I have found using a Aga-T with ss wick,if I up the voltage to much on vv its easy to end up with a burned mesh taste, with vw this doesn't seem to happen and I turn things up a lot more,I haven't experimented this with silica wick or different atties yet though.

Hi. Adding yet another voice to the chorus of pleased Vamo owners. To others of the chorus, what wattage do you find yourself most often dialing in?

I just picked up the Vamo, it arrived about 30 minutes ago! I think it's brilliant only using the voltage as I am used to that from my Provari Mini, but all in all i reckon it's great value for the money it costs,my Provai is being sent back to due to being faulty, so I needed a replacement which might be permanent, the Provari i reckon will be relegated to back up ;-) just because for the cost, it's now lasted long, only bought it back in August!
