Blood hell. Name and shame is what I'd say, but I guess you should check with Chrissie first.

Wow nasty but im glad it did not do any more serious damage. I think you should definitely talk to the vendor. Any of the vendors who post on this forum would certainly want to know about this as I am sure they do not want to be selling a product that would injure someone. If you do not get a favourable response and at least an apology then I would also name and shame them if its ok with Chrissie and the admin/ allowed by forum rules. Give the vendor a chance to respond first though as most are vapers themselves and in my experience seem to care about the vaping community as well as running a business.

i don't think naming & shaming is a problem but I would contact the vendor first. Are those Efest batts?

Not sure what the batts are they came with the kit, they are blue with the words HGB 16340 7500Mah G0821.

Does the eGo v6 have vent holes?
BTW I'm glad you weren't more seriously injured. Must have been a horrid shock.

this is the problem with lithium bats, can become unstable, have noticed that the ones i have a few started to get hot on charging so binned em... i dont think that the vendor can really do much..
glad your ok
i think on mods if it would be better is to have a push fit so any force excerted like this pushes the cap of,by looks of whats happened the top battery in the stack is the one that went so the vent hole at base would really be pointless, think this is why from what i have read that its not advisable to use stacked batteries in a mod

That looks awful. Hope you are ok.
How long have you had the kit and how much has it been used?
