Ok. I saw a similar post to this but i'm still slightly unclear. I have a Riva 1100 kit and lots of trial samples.. as I guess us do newbies do I read another post about this and one of the replies provided a link to the easiest way to try various samples without cleaning clearomisers and changing wicks etc.. However the link was actually a page full of items on the VapeEscape site. SO..... I really want to order what I need today... Will the following items suffice for what I want to do.. www.vapeescape.co.uk/bauway-306lr-bridgeless-atomiser~356and www.vapeescape.co.uk/306-drip-tip~242 Is there anything else I will need to order as well? Thanks in advance

Stolen from another forum:
"If you look down in an ordinary atty there's mesh that covers the atty coil. Bridgeless just means that mesh has been removed so the liquid falls directly on to the coil when dripping.
I've tried both and prefer leaving the bridge in. I couldn't detect any difference in flavor or performance and the bridge helps hold a little extra juice so I don't have to drip quite as often."
But some think the bridgeless taste better and are easier to wash out. Since I just use mine for tasting that is what I got.
The taste is phenomenal but too much faff for me for regular vaping.

The bridgeless 306s seems to hold even less juice. I can't tell the difference in taste either. I have a few attys for trying flavours - some 510 and some 306. 306 are better, bridged ones hold a drop or two more. That reminds me, I ought to order a new pair or three.

Thank you Giles. I am strictly gonna use it only for tasting. I have plenty of rebuildables for when I settle on a few flavours. But with about 30 samples here at the moment ease is paramount. So the links I gave will be compatible with my Riva 1100?

Sorry to be a newbie pain.. I know the batteries in my Riva kit are 510. Can someone clarify that the 306 atty will be ok with my kit..

Yes, check with Jason at VE. I think there may be a problem - not with the connection, but with the drain on the Riva. btw, it wasn't me who thought the bridgeless were easier to clean - just something I read

Awww ok.. I should say apart from the two batteries in the kit I later ordered an EGO variable voltage. VE269 which doesn't seem to appear on the VapeEscape site. Hopefully Jason can confirm that the dripping atty will be ok if I just use it with that battery. Thanks for youre help all. Will message Jason later.

The 306 will be fine with the Ego vv. Better on that anyway I'd think - I seldom use mine up at 3.7v, which is what I'd assume the Riva produces.

I have to admit to NOT having used a low resistance 306 on a Riva battery.
However, a VV battery is exactly what the doctor orders for dripping atomisers.
Start low (ish) around 3.2 (say) and go up a little and see how things are. I'm looking for 7-8 watts of power. It sounds technical if you don't do science and maths, but there are plenty of online "Ohms law calculators" - I'll google one later.
I use 306 drippers on a Lavatube. The SR ones I start around 3.7v and the LR ones sometimes as low as 3.2v
