Mine has two meanings First off if you read it too quickly you may make the mistake of thinking it is a plastic friend for the single man
The real reason is reference to my weight gain from medications and lack of mobility. As in blown up like a balloon!!! #icon_rofl# As can be seen in my pic on the other thread
