It's more than 6 weeks that I have not touched a stinky - and I am over the moon - no looking back - and I noticed that it is truly also in my mind when I started to pitty smokers.
After New Year I picked up my vaping gear and gave myself till about Easter to be fully away of the cigarettes - but on the evening of JAnuary 23rd I noticed that I was happily vaping away for the 3rd evening without the wish for a cigarette - so I thought : why bother? - I did not even have a last ceremonial cigarette, I just decided that the cigarette I had at 4:15pm was my last one.
In the first week I thought a couple of times : hm a ciggy - but I knew it was just in my mind - I had a few puffs - and gone was the mini craving - also told myself: ok you have now a ciggy - and then ??? - going back to smoking - no !!! - so why bother with a ciggy
At the beginning I thought - guess like many here - oh it's only going to be tobacco flavour and menthol - boy that changed quickly - I hardly ever vape tobacco now.
It's also so creative - only very recently started mixing - non of my mixtures are ready yet - lol - so can't have a feedback on that - but I love to think about recipes.
My morning cough is gone - my skin is clearing off - it was not bad - but when I stopped smoking I had dry batches and some spots - no more tobacco crumbs all over - and often I hear : oh that smells so nice - what is it - to proudly say : cherry pie or banana or ....
someone here said once : Vaping is a God sent and it truly is

Nearly 2 years now, and not one craving for a 'death stick'... can't believe it myself. Gave a lift home to someone last night and although he'd already stubbed it out before getting in the car, I nearly threw up with the stink on his clothes. What the hell I must have smelt like in all those years to non smokers I shudder to think, because a smoker can't smell it themselves. ETA: Have to laugh now when I realise that when I was a kid, and used to 'swear blind' to my parents that I didn't smoke... they must have smelt it a mile off.
