When I smoked I couldn't go long without a ciggy. Usually about an hour


Well today is day 3 of not vaping and tbh its so easy not to. Don't feel the need and not really missing it.
Thoight I would struggle tbh but I'm not

Now I need to decide if I stick withit and vape or just stop.

I don't feel as addicted to vaping as I was to smoking.

I used to make sure I had e-cigs everywhere!

Last week I ended up using Mr Karma's car, no e-cigs in there, so I was going some days a good 4 hours without vaping, now if that had been smoking, I'd have been climbing the wall!

Don't throw your lit out yet Matty, just see how you go, one day at a time

I go some days without touching an ecig, some days I use it more than usual. Definitely easier to go without than smoking.
