Kit's here - Hoorah! Juice Advice?

Kit arrived last night. Eventually got up and running after spending 10 minutes trying to fill the wrong end of the clearomiser, but let's not dwell on my excitement-induced stupidity... So far very I'm impressed!

I previously smoked menthol roll-ups, so ordered the 24 mg Menthol eliquid from Vape Escape. I'm not *that* keen on the flavour so suggestions for other menthols (more minty - less sweet) would be ace. In the meantime I'll persevere with this stuff - Perhaps it's just a case of getting used to it?

Do you have the plain Menthol or Menthol Tabac from vapeescape? I didn't like the plain one, tasted a bit 'hollow' to me so I switched to the tabac and been on that for about a year now. It's slightly more expensive but worth it IMO....remember to use the allabout code!

When I first changed from fags to vaping I was lucky in that it was the Menthol from JacVapour that hit the mark for me.
Full on flavour that up until last night, no other Menthol from anyone else came even close to.
Unfortunately JacVapour have recently changed their website and appear to be having problems with their payment methods.

Last night I tried some Menthol from Smokeless.co.uk
and it is very nice with a full on taste.

Quite frankly I think that a lot of the e-juices that I have tried could be done under the Trades Description Act.
While I accept that taste buds do vary from person to person, the amount of flavouring that you get in e-juice varies so much that in some it is negliable while in others it is OTT.

If any "standardisation" needs to take place in the e-cig community, it is that of a ruling on minimum e-juice flavouring percentage and this is without a doubt one of the main reasons that drives e-cig user towards mixing their own e-juices.

If it's just the normal menthol, try out their HS Menthol Sensation instead. Can send you some to try if you like - it's about 12mg strength (I mix the 8 and 16 together) but it'll be okay just to see if you like the flavour before you splash out. Otherwise this trying to settle on a flavour gets pretty expensive, pretty fast :-) Give me a shout if you do. Jo xx

Thank you for all your suggestions. A nice list to work through! It's the normal menthol that I have. Taste reminds me of 'Fox's Glacier Mints' whereas I'm more of a 'Trebor Extra Strong' kinda girl.

I'd never smoked a Menthol ciggie in all my years of smoking, yet it's amazing how they're fast becoming my 'go to' vape. It really cuts through my knackered taste buds, definitely worthwhile for people starting out in vaping.

There sounds some great suggestions on here to try. Hope you find one that works.

Hey Yidders, Tod described HS Menthol sensation as extra strong mints so I ordered some, and he wasn't wrong, try adding a bit to a tobacco flavour as well.
