Very, this is how nice he was, one vaper was down on his luck and had no juice. Capt had some funds in his affiliation account and ordered and sent it to him.

Every time i go out on a saturday, i sit there in the pub vaping away. At least one a week asks what i'm doing, i explain then they ask where do i get one. As i live 2 mins away from the shop, i point them in that direction. How many i've sent down there, i do not know but i wont be sending any more. Liberty Flights are in my town as wel,l though i don't think you can shop there, online only.

i know this is a bit blunt but any forum attached to a business is not a forum and nor is any forum that takes sponsorship.
the only true type of forum is where everyone can speak totally freely.
i can honestly say that this place is the only place that to me seems like what the word forum stands for in the ecig world.
i could go on about forums but many here will get my drift.

Makes sense to me Raggy. That is not really an open forum and I'm getting the impression that the only e-cig topics that are allowed there, are praise of TW's prices and products.

There are many ecig fora knocking about. This one is fantastic and so is ECR and also UKV (to a point). The only ecig forum that is attached to a vendor and is not 'vendor biased' is LF Forum. I have been knocking about since June 2009 and the lF Forum has always been 'above' the shallow. A good forum does not censor opinion and the three others that I have mentioned have been fair with their moderation.

13 minute ban here!

Only made one post... it was when they ended their Christmas Yo-Yo sale early and without warning. They'd published the finish date but ended the sale a day earlier, leaving me and many, many others with a full shopping cart (significant money about to be spent) and a massive disappointment.

I registered and posted. Asking for clarification/explanation and saying exactly what I thought of a business model that rode rough-shod over it's most important commodity - it's customers.

I never got a reply, PM, warning or squat... just a straight ban!

Now, out of principal, I will never purchase anything from them. Even if they offered the best product in the world at 1p each, buy one, get a dozen free, I'll still go elsewhere! Being valued as a customer is part of the deal for me - it isn't just about the price!

As has already been said Mark - their loss, not yours.

Sorry to hear you got banned Camper, I noticed that they have stopped people selling on there forums God knows why, but I think we do, as you've already mentioned.
Funnily enough I started a thread asking where everyone was yesterday, I have noticed that loads of people have suddenley gone missing.
To ban you without warning is pretty poor it shows that they do not care about anyone anymore.

On a lighter note did you get the job vacancy that they emailed everyone? Now that really did make me laugh.

I'm the disappointed newbie that has been mentioned here by Chrissie and others. Not going to bang on about shoddy business practices and respect for customers as from what I've seen here, the post would be likely to get deleted or at least drowned by the biased fan-posters. Suffice to say, so far, TW has not impressed me.

However, I'd like to address a couple of points and defend a very helpful lady who has given me good advice and guidance on my first steps into the world of vaping.

Who cares? The sale was advertised with a specific end date. If it broke the bank, then again I'd point to shoddy business practice. Who, if they want to be successful, makes a sales promotion that may break the bank? Surely the pros and cons to the business must have been considered before launch? I'm a potential customer, the business considerations aren't my consideration or my concern.

Can you point this post out please as my old eyes can't find it. It's me that has been put off purchasing from TW ever again. I prefer not to trade with retailers that don't honour their word.
