Loving 30 gauge Kanthal

Just wrapped a new coil on my AGA-T with 30 gauge/0.26mm Kanthal: Wow!

Was a bit fiddly gettings more wraps on to make up a sensible resistance but I found it easy to get it hotspot free and am now getting the best vape I've had so far - tons of vapour and I dare say the flavour is also better.

Am very impressed!

Well done Nick, I'd have binned the whole caboddle trying to work with that.

Nice one Nick, I have never tried that size but then again, as much as I really like the DID and SMG, I really can't be bothered anymore as time is one thing I don't have anymore.

I tried this on a DiD and the best coil I could get was 1.1ohms but it ran flawlessly

Just recoiled my Cobra using 30 guage. Running 1.1ohms and it's producing loads of vapour/flavour

use 5 coils and give wick gentle nudge to center post that will up the ohms,also if you have re done the wick, heat it juice it do that twice then coil did that on my Aga when i first got it basic follow todds review on it : follow the wick process step by step: starts at 13 min 30 secs

So... how did you get the 18th wrap in?

Got some ribbon Kanthal vapemail due in the next few days, I don't think I have enough atties for my wires!
