Cobra RTA

Does anyone here know how to take the glass tube off the Cobra RTA? Is it just a case of pulling it upwards?



I know I'm probably just being thick but I'm worried about breaking the tube if I force it :-[

Obviously take the nuts off the center pin first & then it's down to brute force.
The tanks are pyrex, not unbreakable by any means, but a lot more substantial then ordinary glass so I doubt you'll be able to physically crush one with your hand . . . . but don't hold me to that

bit of a wiggle and an upward motion ...do it in a controlled way as once the O rings gives a little the tube will fly off

But your sooo right about the blerdy O-rings, nearly gave myself a black eye when those little buggas let go
