www.zivipf.de have a variety of thicker Kanthal - might just be 0.24mm though. They also do flat Kanthal.

I have been trying to locate 0.25mm but can't seem to track down a manufacturer that doesn't want me to order a kilo! I've got tons of 0.2 but that's about it for the moment  |

the mesh company has kanthal d in.26 mm if thats any help. 5mtr for 2.25

Getting an AGA-T2 as soon as the Pyrex tanks are sorted, which kanthal is most recommended for the coil ? I'll probably try a mesh wick first before going for a silica U-wick.

it comes with enough mesh for one good wick in the pack but dont over do it with the heat i rolled mine and just gentle cherry red heated over gas ring on cooker. worked spot on first time
