Another important tip - remember to drink plenty of fluids.

As a newbie to this vaping game; id also say if you get headaches its down to withdrawing from cigs and not the ecig. mine lasted 72 hours and the above comment is spot on drink more water, the headaches will go! I even went to the Doc with mine and he actually said continue with the ecigs and don't go back to nasty ones! so there you go!

yeah he was really interested in them, ive been recommending them to my patients who want to quit! I am a RN and will definitely be promoting ecigs as a healthier option and also as a means of stopping normal cigs.

Something that I've not seen mentioned yet (on this thread) and has only really hit me in the last few days after 7ish weeks of vaping:
Let you juices steep!
There have been a few times I've bought a flavour I know I like from a different supplier and found it rank; or bought something I thought I would like and found it bland and flavourless. However, returning to some of these juices a few weeks later I now find them considerably more like the flavour I thought I was buying/much more flavoursome and tasty.
If you have the cash and can get organised, I do recommend getting ahead of yourself on orders so you don't need to open your new juice until at least a couple of weeks after it has arrived. Similarly when trying new juice try to have some patience before vaping it, to let it mature.
I know I am going to have a hard time following my own advice but my experience so far suggests it is good. More experienced vapers can correct me (or mods delete this post) if I am talking pish and twaddle.

Here is one I got from Jason @vapeescape.
Not a good idea to use your battery charger in a laptop, always use your PC.

I'd go one step further than that Lil, it's best to charge your batteries via a mains USB adapter or hub. IMHO it's just not worth the risk of boogering up your motherboard - even though it is only a slight risk of doing so.

Thank you Chrissie, now got a mains usb adapter, should have got one at the onset but you know how it is, so much to take in and buy, hope this helps other newbies.

Never, ever throw away cartomiser condoms. So far I've used sawn off condoms for holding drip tips onto things that weren't designed for them, cutting emergency o-rings, making a seal for the base of my frankentank and for bandaging up a cracked Stardust tank. Oh, and you can use them for filling cartomisers too

Here is one I got from Jason @vapeescape. Not a good idea to use your battery charger in a laptop, always use your PC. Why is this? My tip is don't screw atomisers/cartomisers onto the battery too tightly. I've seen people say this lots of times.
