Sounds like you're quite simply dehydrated hence the dry chapped and cracked lips. Vaping shrivels you up, you know, and you can actually be dehydrated without actually feeling thirsty. Excercise will almost certainly dehydrate you. Keep an eye on your wee. If your body is getting sufficient fluids, then it should be very pale and almost colourless. The darker the wee-wees, the more your body needs fluids.
Oh, did I say to drink some water too?

Rub some toothpaste on it--Its basically what the expensive creams are. No, it's not. Zovirax and Acciclover contain anti-virus stuff. If caught in time these creams can stop a cold sore forming or if not caught in time shorten the duration and size of the coldsore. Toothpaste, alcohol and wing of bat will not have the same effect! |

After saying what i said earlier about cessation of ciggies having no effect on coldsores, i happen to have a coldsore the first one in 9 months a bit to much of a coinsidence me thinks

Funnily enough, since I've started vaping (almost a year ago), I've not had any bad coldsores at all. Used to get them four times a year. Big'uns. Like conkers. But now, I'll feel the start of one but it comes to nothing and disappears.....a coincidence? I've heard PG is anti-bacterial or something like that. Anyone else here experienced a lessening of the dreaded buggers? Spoke too bloody soon, didn't I? Got two coldsores today. Bah humbug! |
