Yes, it is a good show. I have learned lots from seeing clips from that show on various forums. For anyone who already knows about the eVic (very good tutorial), the diacetyl discussion starts at about 0.23.

Apologies in advance for being picky, but how confident are you in saying that generally speaking UK vendors have their house in order where diacetyl is concerned? I ask because I'm pretty sure that on a previous programme there was mention that diacetyl is most likely to be found in custard and vanilla flavours and it would be best to avoid them. Yet, lots of vendors sell juice containing those flavours. Many also sell the diy flavouring. Are you really absolutely confident that they have checked the ingredients in those juices and flavourings?

I'm glad you brought attention to the diacetyl warning on the vendor's website. How irresponsible of them to knowingly sell juice containing diacetyl. I will be more careful in future when buying online.

P.S. Can't remember whether the advice was to avoid vanilla or cream flavours as well as custard, but I do recall the warning about custard flavours.
