Good or bad idea

Well I've not vaped for well over a week now so happy with that

Only problem is, I really liked mentholyptus, I mean its the nicest taste
So I was wandering

Would it be risky using no nic in that flavour.
I don't really wanna start using nic as I don't need to, and I'm not gonna get into the buying of the latest gadgets ect, just maybe a couple batteries vivi nova and some no nic mentholyptus.

Do you think it will be ok or will it make me want to use the nic?

If there's no nic there's no nic.
So you've got no chance of getting addicted to nicotine.

As to being addicted to the habit and sensations of smoking that's a different quesiton, that only you can answer.

Think I will give it a week or so, my auntie has just got of a 50 a day habit and started vaping, so I can always try here to see how it makes me feel

I don't see a problem with vaping 0 nic for pleasure, but for me I probably wouldn't bother if I was off the addiction.
I use vaping as a smoking replacement not NRT so not really my place to give advice hehe

Well I'm the same really
Vaping was away to stop smoking, it worked.
Then I realised I didn't need to vape so I'm not.

However
I miss the sitting down with a nice coffee and a menthol. Guess I could try a pack of extra strong mints lol but I'm sure they don't wick to well

Congrats on the 1wk, but it's still quite a short period of time. I think a lot of the habit we had when we smoked was the physical aspect, hand to mouth, inhale exhale etc, so if vaping no nic mentholyptus helps keep you on the straight & narrow until you no longer feel the need/want for even that, then it can only be a good thing.

If you gave up smoking and didn't start smoking instead I personally would have thought your battle with nicotine is over.

If you miss having a vape with menthol (again my personal take on it is) why not have one?

Zero nic sounds the perfect way.

Sorry Edited to add that I first read this that you had gone one year without nicotine, one week is still early days so I'd say just use 0 nic until you're happy to pack it in completely (if that's what you want to do).

Oh yeah I'm sure the battle is over
Tbh I can't believe how easy it was to give it up, giving up smoking was ALOT harder

Think I will just go ahead and have a no nic vape, I have some mentholyptus concentrate and pg vg

I have some no nic juices made up and I sometimes vape PG or VG only with no flavour or nic because a big part of my vaping is just habit hand/mouth.
