. They have bad reviews everywhere but with the right domain name and good SEO there's no shortage of new customers, a quick director search will tell a story. What I don't understand is fellow vapers are still linking to their products on vaping forums. As far as I'm concerned, they are beyond the pale. C'mon Vapers....you can do better. (I suspect they are virtually printing money now..... it's been proven time and time again they simply don't give a sh**) Like many e-cigs vendors, (not directed as this particular one) it's make as much as fast as you can before the end of the line. ...Liberty Flights? Anyone?

djs if you look at most ecig sites the stock they carry is so small it's embarrassing, go to the ukecig site and it's like Disney land. That'll win every time. All I can see is a building with a slot in the roof like a mony box with an endless stream of Money falling from the sky, with a couple of guys sitting in leather arm chairs smoking cigars and drinking brandy with two fingers up in the air getting buried in the money.

Yes and I notice the higher end stuff ie in demand, is always out of stock or short supply. Or worst still preorder LOL. What a brilliant way to keep prices high. Restrict who can sell the goods and some will think they have to wait for it. Or to get money in the bank and earn interest (though currently low).
It seems to be very easy to get bitten by the gotta have bug. I have learnt fast not to set my desires on any particular item. I have also learnt even faster not to trust any individual reseller/ middlemen.
The internet is a powerful tool against all that seems bad about this great alternative. Not just a tool for those who would use it to make money with little to no concern for us.
The bottom line is, there are many good retailers out there. Publish the good ones! But don't hesitate to likewise the jokers.
Merry Xmas

You advertise it and then order it (from the company that makes/sells it) asap after the customers orders it. We rumbled a "top" internet vendor doing exactly this about 2 years ago.

Now I'm going to do it (promote them) - imho, this is slick and a good positive message (unlike the sexually provocative videos):

Merry Xmas I totally see what you mean by this but it would be an interesting tactic with the Chinese vendors such as FastTech and VaporBreak. Thread after thread of who has just ordered whatever from FT/VB...And thread after thread of complaints of slow delivery/lost delivery/lack of customer service. They could appear top of the heap on both lists!!

Indeed they could. Which is why its good to publish both the good and bad points. To allow others to make their own minds up. Just sometimes a company may improve. Notice I mentioned the good points of the company in question but also the bad (in my case). I tend to use companies that I see good positive reviews most of the time for. Perhaps in time UK ECIG will improve to the extent where they mainly have good reviews, who knows! Good luck to them! They will for sure read this forum often, just maybe they will use the positive complaints to improve. Time will tell.

Phew ! I have another window open with an order for this company and when I came on to the forum to check for a discount i read this (rather) long thread I feel like I have just walked free from death row. Nobody need ask if I went through with the order, customer service is EVERYTHING in my book. I love this forum and the people on it, so much advice, help and friendliness.

I tell you why but i not going into last years details about a year ago i had to send faulty stuff back and they eventually credited my account instead of a refund. Well that's that then the other day I thought I want a hana dna 40 and they were the only one that had it in stock so I thought I will give them another chance ME being a fool haha I tried to log into my account as I thought 18 off it will be nice but I couldn't log in I even tried the reset password but it wouldn't let me so I rang them and eventually they said that it had been deleted and they didn't know why and to cut a long shit customer service short they said they could find my 180 points haha £1.80 but the £18 was no trace the nice man said if I open up a new account I could retrieve my £1.80 but not my £18 so I bet you all know what I said to him haha yes I didn't open a new account and I never will now as things have not changed with them I was spending £200 and all they could do was find my points. BIG FAIL. I have since found an old email from them saying that they have credit my account with the 18 but that has not made me return to spend £180 to go with it to get the hana. SO BE WARNED NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Sorry for the terrible rant but I was on my phone and didn't read it through to check for spelling. You're all right mate. Not two days ago, we (me, and a few others) had to deal with someone on ECF who came on and called them "the Godfathers" of UK vendors. They posted FIVE capital letter references to the shop (the name of it) and how great they were. ... and what had sent him to ECF to rave about them? His mod had exploded, burnt his hand and they'd given him a refund. You couldn't make this sh** up. Poor bloke. He did it in good faith....
