I was considering giving them a second chance because thats in my nature too skanska. These look absolutely amazing. A tiny 18650 dna40 and a dual 18650 dna40. I'll buying from anywhere but this place though. Idiots.

Sorry for the terrible rant but I was on my phone and didn't read it through to check for spelling. You're all right mate. Not two days ago, we (me, and a few others) had to deal with someone on ECF who came on and called them "the Godfather's" of UK vendors. They posted FIVE capital letter references to the shop (the name of it) and how great they were. ... and what had sent him to ECF to rave about them? His mod had exploded, burnt his hand and they'd given him a refund. You couldn't make this sh** up. Poor bloke. He did it in good faith.... As you know djs , I was one of the others that posted on that thread on ECF - could hardly believe he was praising their customer service after what had happened.

I hate ukecig for getting the v4d in stock the only consolation is if they had great customer service they would be out of stock now I would have bought one but not off them.

Hi guys, I bought a few juices and bits from ukecigstore.com a few weeks back including some clearomisers. They sent me everything but the clearos with no note to say when they would be sending them on. I emailed them on 30th Jan to ask - no response. I tweeted them on 1 Feb, they said they'd chase it up, no response. They tweeted again to see if I'd had a response on 6 Feb, I said no, and I tweeted them again on 8 Feb to say still no response. I then emailed them again via the website. Still no response. So they've had £12 of my money and not provided me with the goods or an ETA. Just wondering if anyone knows them or has any experience with them to say if I should be worried or not. Got to say, I'm not impressed so far. I can say I made an order of the uwell crown 3 and it came with the crown key missing. I have emailed them several times and received no reply back. Feel like they should be fined for false advertising and lack customer support. Definitely won't be making another order from them.

Might it be worth giving them a phone call ( 020 3475 4885 ) or starting a PayPal dispute, which you can do within 180 days now of a purchase.

Might it be worth giving them a phone call ( 020 3475 4885 ) or starting a PayPal dispute, which you can do within 180 days now of a purchase. Just go straight to paypal from my experience anything else is a waste of valuable time. 👍

Hi and welcome to AAEC gio94im not sticking up for them in any way even if they are my local vape shop as ive not used them in 2 years but the missing key would be down to uwell production line but the no reply to emails sounds about the same as it was way back. when i have had to contact them i use phone and have always got an answer 020 3475 4885
