I'm not sure how it could leak through the centre and out the bottom unless it's been built wrong.
Will have to wait for a grown up to come along with the right answer.

The thing with these type of rebuildables is that there's only 3 ways juice can get into the centre tube (other than obviously by accidentally dripping juice down there as you fill). The first is at the point where the atty head screws onto the centre tube. Check the O ring and make sure it's screwed on tight. The top cap can sometimes catch on the atty head and unscrew the atty a bit as you remove the head, so check that the head is tight each time you take the top cap off. The second is at the point where the top cap presses down on the atty head to make a seal, check that the top cap is screwed on tight. The third is at the point where the wicks exit the centre tube. Check that the little silicone 'top hat' is seated firmly on top of the head to minimise this gap
I hope this helps

The Nano Clearomiser is not a rebuildable.
It is a Bottom Coil clearomiser and the only way e-juice will come out the bottom is if it goes down the central tube as you are filling it.
The mouthpiece screws onto the central tube and the outside rim of the mouthpiece then seals onto the plastic tube with an O ring.
I have 4 of these excellent clearos but I have found them a bit tricky to fill. I have found that the easiest way is to slowly trickle the juice down the outside on the central metal tube and stop about an 1/8th of an inch below the top of the plastic outer tube.
If you are getting juice at the bottom it may be cracked. Empty it out and fill it with water and leave it standing some where. If it is leaking then send it back to the Vendor.

Do the Nano,s need to be cleaned out like other clearos or with them not having wicks is it ok to keep filling ? I use my Nanos to test e-juices that I mix and so I am constantly cleaning them out and refilling with other flavours. To do so I use a syringe. I half fill them with water with the syringe, put the top back on and then give them a good shake. Top off and empty out. I do this a couple of times. I keep an old mug half full of water, on my desk with a syringe there just for cleanouts. Just make sure that you don't accidently drink the contents of that mug or you will be in Cloud Coockoo Land for a month!!!!

Popping from a clearo is fairly normal when it's working. Gurgling is liquid in the airtube generally, blow through it rather than sucking (over a tissue) that should clear the worst of the liquid out. Sometimes Clearos just do that and it's annoying as hell.

I don't understand how you can get any liquid down the air hole as the central tube sits about 3/8ths of an inch above the rim of the outer tube.
All I can think is that it is either condensation inside the central tube or it is a fault in manufacture.
Empty the Nano, blow through it as suggested by Kibbster and then stand it on a radiator to dry out the central tube. Then refill it and vape and if it still gurgles then it has a fault.
