I change my heads from the top, bit fiddly but pull the plastic cap off and undo the head with a magnetic screwdriver then replace head in opposite order. This way there is no need to disturb the liquid already in the nova.

I had a vivi nova that was screwed on really tight and I eventually managed to unscrew it by wearing rubber washing up goves, which gave me a much better grip.  |

Well i took a chance and wrapped the bottom in a towel,got the pump pliars on it and,and,and,SUCCESS.Vapeescape did offer to send a replacement with a stamped return envelope so thanks to all on here and thanks to vapeescape.

ah tight bottoms lol Well never had a bottom that's too tight to get into. Um... going to back away from this thread slowly before it descends past gutter level to the sewers hehe |
