Hi everyone

I 100% stopped smoking on the 1st jan thanks to e cigs. I've been smoking since I was 13 I'm now a bit older than that!!! Firstly I started with a cheapo ecig from sainsburys then I bought a starter kit which cost me £50 from whites electronic cigs. Although it did the job I was fed up with the batteries then I found this forum. Thanks to you guys suggestions I Bought riva 1100 deluxe kit from vape escape. Wow what a difference I just love it!!! Have since spent a fortune, I've tried the kanger t2 and t3 and the visions rebuildables which for some reason don't like me but the kangers seem to do the job.

I also took your advice and bought some grants vanilla custard, when I first got it I tried it straight away (I know, I know I should of let it steep) it tasted far too sweet even for me, I chucked it to the back of my new e cig drawer. Tried it again 2 weeks later and wow what a difference!!!!

So this is a big thanks to this forum - I've tried everything you have suggested and I love my new vaping life - sitting in the bath vaping, driving with the windows up vaping, sitting at my desk at work vaping, sitting in my house vaping instead of being banished to the garden by my kids. If it had not been for this forum I probably would of given up by now and been back on the horrid smellies.

Love trying all the new flavours as well although still love my original menthol tabac from grizwalds.

Hello Scarlet and welcome back its lovely to hear from folk that have gotten so much from the forum . Similar story really. I started smoking at 14 cos everybody else did it and I wanted to be cool like them ::)Now 46 years later I found vaping and love, love, love it My girls and grandsons think I'm still a cool,nanny with my Riva in hand everywhere I go and its great when they tell me how proud they are NEVER thought you'd do it Mum, but here I am been off the stinkies for 14 weeks now Well done to you my lovely, keep posting

Hi Scarlett, sounds like you have been enjoying your vaping. I am the same and spend sooo much time on this forum and on various sites looking at what is new and what is coming soon etc. Always getting little remarks from the other half but i just say "without my research we would still be on the fags" usually she doesn't have an answer for that and 9 times out of 10 when i show her something it is " oooo that is nice, let me have a look" lol.

I am still to try grants vanilla custard, looking forward to it though.
