It is a risk you take with a lot of Chinese vendors. If in any doubt, don't use them. I have also had crap service and stuff from UK vendors, luckily they tend not to last too long.

I have been very happy with most of the stuff i have ordered so far,must admit that i have had 3-4 crappy cartos though which ended up in the bin.My Vamo is still going strong though so think i will just be ordering mods only in the future.It definately is just a case of taking a gamble,this is why i place small orders for no more than say £25.

They may be back but i wouldn't be expecting fast delivery at the moment, as as far as i can gather the mail service will not be back till the 18th and a lot of Chinese vendors didn't tell anyone about the holiday so there will be a massive backlog aswell.

The postal collection service for outbound international mail actually resumes today.Possibly why Min has started packing orders. It is only a limited service to clear the backlog. But as Madwill says it is the 18th before full service is resumed.

Many had posted good service/reviews. I know of 1 post about problems but that had been explained as language barrier problems. I ordered a Vamo and some pre-wound wick/coils, if they DO prove to be shoddy I'll just let the credit card insurance sort it out. They are all made in China after all.

Over the years I've had good and bad experiences with big and small companies, if the Vamo turns out to be crap I won't use them again, but I will have spares to make 1 as big as Robby has.

I ordered a SS Vamo which came within 6 days and has the new spring. I have been vaping with the thing ever since and I love it - especially when recoiling and checking ohms.

I had fab service and a fab product, it seems a shame that not everyone has had the same experience.

I have only ordered once from vapourbreak and my fair assessment would be

SS vamo body only - Problem with end cap fitting in mini mode and no stamp markings on it. no issue with markings but one would expect cap to fit in both modes. issue has been resolved with purchased of end cap from VE
Vivi Nova - wouldn't fit on vamo for some strange reason, it just sits in the 510 connection while holding the nova so it doesn't fall,
Ready made wick and coils. no issues and are a good buy.
Phoenix dripper - really please with the purchased, excellent value for money.

Had issues regarding language barrier

Ordered from Zainy.net - no issues what so ever with service, communication and more importantly the products.
I would definitely buy from Zainy.

I feel sorry for BomberHarris after orgarnising a group buy for his colleagues only to be let down without the owner correcting the issue. You would think the vendor would rectify the issue as that might had led to more buisiness. In the end Bomberharris ended up being out of pocket.

Many people are really happy with Vaperbreak. sadly there is a few that's not.

I have ordered about 15 times from Vaporbreak, no problems apart from one that took over a month, lost in the China Airmail ether. I have been careful to mention all the way through about the communications issues with Min. My orders of small bits and pieces all come in little black plastic bags then wrapped in bubble wrap. They are just small cheap black plastic bags to me, the type a vender might use when filling up an order while going round the stores. The early Vamos didnt have CE markings on them wherever you bought them. They all come from the same factory. I am really sorry for Bomber after getting the stuff for his mates, what did Min say about that Bomber? Zainy has great communication and I have placed a lot of orders with her as well. I cant really say that I have had bad service from Min either. He is improving, the reason he isnt shipping e liquid was as much to do with sorting out the problems as much as anything else. Of course, I am used to Min now, I have probably spent quite a few hours talking to him and trying (and succeeding)to get some problems sorted. I didnt know about Bomber`s problem until much later. I dont have a problem being a go between if anyone needs one
