Newbie alert: what's a DCT? DCT = Dual Coil Tank - here's a link to one to give you an idea of what it comprises. DCT - Leisure LiquidsI only use Standard cartomisers, which have a single coil, but it still does the job beautifully! Andy

I have that tank, I literally can not get it to work. All I get is huge leaks and mouth fulls of juice. I've watched countless videos, primed the cartos etc, soon as I fill the tank and start to vape everything is fine, few vapes in, mouthfull of juice and leaks. I have a unique tank too, same issue. I know it's not the tanks, it's user error but I genuinely do not know what I'm doing wrong. I'm using vapology spearmint today, nice mild mint, usually sorts my taste buds out, I was just waiting for it to steep.

Hi Jen, Patience. I made the switch to vaping last July and as I had always smoked menthol tobacco I went straight to menthol juice. Like everyone else I had the new toy syndrome and over the next month or two bought quite a few flavours but the only one I could taste was the menthol. I did get the occasional hint of something but nothing like it should be. I kept trying the other flavours as I was getting plenty of vapor and nicotine and I was determined not to waste them. Then it happened. One night in last October I was driving to the archery club at about 7pm, over a couple of miles of unlit common it was pitch dark. I picked up an ecig from the passenger seat and took a long slow drag. OMG what was that. I took several more until I reached the next village and pulled up under a street light. I took another very long drag, closed my eyes, slumped back in my seat loving every second of it. I could taste strawberry and vanilla. I stayed there with a silly grin on my face for another 5 mins or so and then realised I had to get to the club as I am the keyholder. Over the next couple of weeks I tried loads more flavours and apart from a few I could taste them all. I can only put it down to my tastebuds having to readjust after nearly 50yrs of 40 a day smoking. I still use menthol as my main vape but now vaping the others is not a waste of time. Keep at it, one day youre tastebuds will get the kick they need and you won't know what to try next. Phil

I have one of those AGR2 tanks as recommended by Romelee. Very good bit of kit and it makes my lavatube look the dogs danglies. It does seem to have given an extra boost of flavour too.

That's how I feel too Mark. All I'm really using now is carto tanks, but they're not really as convenient for out and about.

Very true Ewol. It's not so easy to switch flavours, considering I only have the one DCT.

Is that the 35mm tank from VE? I have one of those. Slides a bit, but works.

About right for a month. They'll come and go a lot more as you journey on. Wouldn't bother trying any fixes.

Much as I love my Curries, if I had them for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, I would soon lose the taste for them.
Vaping is much the same. Change, change, change.

I found that the way around it for me was to change juices regularly. If I stuck with one juice for more than a couple of hours, I lost the taste. Changing seemed to revitalise everything. Might be worth a try? Andy Ditto. A flush with Listerine helps, too. Must remember not to swally it.

When you're filling the tank? You can pull the top seal off and fill it. I think it weakens the orings, but it's too much of a pain to do it any other way.
