Perps, I think you've hit the nail on the head with regards to the atties not working with the Screwdriver- I hadn't even noticed 'til you pointed it out- indeed the connection end surely can't be making proper contact as it is higher up than the last batch from EM.

I'm positive that's the problem Beepsie . . . the GGTB has a more raised and rounded 901 connection post so is still making a good contact with the atomiser.

We'll see what Selina has to say first, but if all else fails I've enough 'old style' LR901's of my own that I can exchange with the Screwdriver owners.

It does seem very strange to manufacture a 901 atomiser that doesnt work on all 901 pv's ? surely theve sold them to SD owners in the past ? , will be interesting to hear what they have to say !!

Im fairly happy as i mainly have mods with 510 connections and use a 510-901 adaptor anyway.I was shocked that the 901 atty wouldnt work on my native 901 devices though.Im glad i saw your post Mrl,i tried them straight away and clocked the problem.Why would EM change the design when the others were bang on the money?Even the bridge is alot lower,similar to the RN4081 atty ???Anyway,im just happy they are useable via an adaptor.

I'm getting rather narked now, this is my latest communication from Selina, it looks very much like we'll be looking elsewhere for our future group orders.

" Sorry, we do not sell Screwdrivers, so we do not know whether our Riva 901 LR atty are suitable with Screwdrivers. But I’m sure they are suit Riva 901 and DSE901

Thank you for your quick response, I realise that you of course don't sell Screwdrivers - but surely your LR901's ought to be compatible with all 901 native connections? They always have been up until now - the design has been changed and this is what has caused the issue for us.

I now have the problem of trying to, from my own personal supplies, of getting together enough LR901 atomisers to exchange for members so they can have a working atomiser!

Additionally we will now have the future problem of not knowing whether or not your LR901's will fit everyone's PV's, incidentally you shouldn't use an LR atomiser on a DSE901 - the battery size simply can't push enough power through a LR.

there has been 4 orders from em via this site i had lr901s on orders 1, 3 and 4
all 3 are different.
it does seem odd for em to keep changing there supplier if it aint broke dont fix it.
the only reason can be is there buying cheaper i suppose.
if this new batch dont work on 25% of ecigs then there will be a backlash for em of some sort, so it will have to change again or em will lose whatever percentage of customers it turns out to be.

Mine just arrived, thanks Perps. Unfortunately they don't work on my SD so they're not a great deal of use to me.

I can use the 510's on the SD and they appear to fire brilliantly, well the few that I've tried do.

The thread on the inside of the 901's appears to be longer so they're fully threading but not actually meeting where they need to connect on the battery. Someone appears to have made a major boob!

Anyone with these attties that don't work I could do with one if it's going spare. They work fine with my adaptor.

Although mine (not tried them all yet) are working fine with my GG's - they aren't as good as the last batches. Plus they keep occasionally "spitting" at me

I think Perps going to send them back Lee. I've got 20 here and they aren't a great deal of good to me
