Do we have to return them? Mine has been a bit spitty but as I know nothing about LR atties I thought it was normal.

Well, that is the proof or otherwise, of a good supplier...how they react when things go wrong

not very good so far, with that reply...i guess they reckon they have enough customers anyway, that they can afford to lose us?? we have more members joining every day who'll want to take part in our orders...

I suppose as I'm going to be buying a GGTS when they finally arrive in the country I could hang onto the 901's but the problem I have is that I'm currently using the SD and although I can use it with the 510's and an adaptor, I don't think the vape is the same and the 510's don't have the same lifespan.

Glad you've got your order ok today Dee, but very disappointed that you like everyone with a SD is having a problem with them.

I've taken a couple of photographs to try and illustrate the differences between these and other Eastmall LR901's we've had in the past - my plan is if Selina doesn't come back with something better to my last email to her, I'll start a thread on their ECF forum to complain.

My photo's aren't very good, so if anyone has a better camera and can do some for me, that would be great.

I'm most disappointed with the EM response thus far, considering as a forum what good customers we are of theirs . . . last order we collectively bought 27 packs of LR901's, $405 worth on these alone.

If you're selling a LR901 atomiser it's not unreasonable to expect it to work on a 901 device. >

Like Lilac, for me the mark of any good Supplier, big, small, UK, overseas is how they deal with any issues that may inevitably arise.

Latest 901 is again on the left, you can just about see it has a much flatter, less raised contact surface.



SD atomiser connection end unlike the GGTB centre post isn't raised, so obviously isn't making any contact with these new 901's.

Perps I'm pretty sure that the contact is deeper too. There's more screw thread showing than on the older ones if you understand what I'm trying to say

I haven't received mine yet, but if they are the ones shown on the left I must admit I will be so happy ! That's the ones I am currently using and am so satisfied with... I got them with my Riva Kit! So there won't be a problem for me at all, couldn't ask for better !
I do feel sorry for all of those who can't get on with them though

I do really think EM are out of order for not updating on the site that the atomisers have changed in design.I also think its a bit daft not adding carts to the attys. I have noticed that the 901 carts dont fit these new design attys very well at all

I'm such a clever girl, by using my 510 to 901 adaptor and also my 901 - 510 adaptor I can use them with my screwdriver - just make the whole thing slightly longer

Yes, the one on the left is the type you will recieve Aldo, so that's a relief to know they'll be ok for you.

I'm wondering if some of the problem with them is not just the extra threads on them but the very small air hole?

Perpy, to begin with, I thought it must have been the post in the GG's that was making them work but adapters don't have a post. However, the thread on adapters is longer than the very recessed connection on SD's.

Sounds very feasible Chris . . . the extra threads causing the problem, although I've not been able to get mine to work with using adapters . . . why on earth Eastmall had to fix what wasn't broken is beyond me.

Really disappointed as the old style were wonderful atomisers for the money.

I couldn't agree more Perpy, the previous batches of EM LR901's where the best atties I've ever come across. Had one of them working 100% for 2 months on my GGTS then when it eventually started to drop off got another week out of it on my Garry Dibley passthru - hmmm maybe that was the problem? A kind of light bulb dilemma - make/sell something cheap that lasts too long & no profit in it?
