No worries Chris, Aldo - it was something I'd always considered could happen at some point, out of all the gear we've bought from EM the LR901's were the last item I expected problems on though as they've been so blumming brilliant in the past. But there it is, no point wringing our puddies . . . the main task now is to get the issue resolved to all our satisfaction, a mass assault on ECF may well be the next step. The post here hasn't been good Aldo with all the Bank Holidays and it surely must have a knock on effect to Portugal. Could well be Lilac, as it would be a surprise if we'd been the only customers to receive these as I'd imagine they're produced/sold in sizable quantities.

The ordinaire 901s I ordered are all working fine (touch wood it continues). What is the black foam for Perpy? Is it parcel packing? Can I vape it? Can I eat it? BTW I found the spare atties last night

I've used the black stuff as filler Clutter, it's not as good as James's blue filler, but now I just drip cause i'm a bit lazy LOL x

Yes, it's filler Clutter and definitely not edible . . . I got a huge bag of aquarium filter foam off cuts on Ebay for my Mega atomiser carts as they gooble up blue foam . . . . 80+grams is more than I'll use in a lifetime of vaping so thought I'd pop a few bits in everyone's parcels for a back up filler if nothing else. Typical you found the spares.

Gosh, I don't keep up with this thread because I didn't buy anything in the last EM order. But last night I had probs with 2 EM LR901s behaving on my SD MkI exactly like the GHO standard 901s did on my GD-PT - remember, Perpy/Chrissie? Popping and dying. But these EM LR901s are from the January order ??? Anyway, I'm on the third one now and it's OK. I decided to check this thread because I remembered someone having probs with the latest order - looks like it's taken off in a big way Much sympathy to everyone, especially {{{Perpy}}} having to deal with it in a foreign language scylla

Having said that No3 LR901 was OK - it is NOT, it keeps backfiring into my mouth > Exactly like the GHO standard 901s did But this is from January's consignment ??? I shall now find the January GHO standards and see if they'll work on my SD MkI. scylla

Perps have they come back with any idea of how to resolve this problem yet? I'm so sorry that this order has been such a damned nightmare for you

No, have heard nothing at all Dee . . . which is most unusual, I must say. I'm going to give them the weekend I think, then start a thread on ECF Monday evening.
We've been more than reasonable and played very fair I think.

Let me know when you post the thread, although I've not posted on there so don't think I'll be able to reply!

Can't believe they've not even had the courtesy to reply yet Perpy, disgrace that. Wouldn't you think especially considering the amount bought and everyone unhappy with them, that they'd do a recall? Doesn't bode well for future orders that's for sure. >

its not my call but i would just go for the paypal claim asap. they can then respond from there, we can all give them a slating on ECF anyway. they've had time to reply, some people just take politeness as a weakness so a swift kung fu kick (paypal) might just liven them up a bit. but i trust your judgement perpy its your call, i just tend to go straight at this sort of thing. bear in mind they KNOW how bad these attys are there is no way they cant know IMO. raggy

Not good is it Buck . . . bearing in mind we've spent around $3,000 with them . . . but as with any supplier who doesn't play the game, they end up being the losers.
I understand your view Raggy and had we not had a bit of history with EM and myself exchanged numerous emails with Selina - that would have been my first course of action.
It might seem a bit soft . . . but I'm just more comfortable doing this in stages to give them every possible opportunity to offer a solution before going for a PP dispute.
Might be an idea to get registered on ECF then Dee, as you'll need 5 posts under your belt to be able to post anywhere other than in the new members section.
