taste buds on holiday :(

I wondered why my Rhubarb crumble that usually tingles my taste buds tasted like ass all day.
All I was getting was a burned vapour taste with a slight hint of rhubarb but so mild that just when you thought you could taste it, it would dance away again and just leave tasteless vapour.

So I guess my tastebuds are having a day off
Actually started last night when nothing tasted nice, even my coconut, caramel, hazelnut honey which was fantastic yesterday for no reason at all tasted really nasty last night.

Mint choc chip it is then, just about able to cut through my lack of taste, can't feel the menthol though, just mild chocolate... god my tastebuds really are knackered!

No wonder I've been a stressy bunny today, didn't put two and two together until tonight.
Hope it passes soon :/

yes mine have also been on holiday, but thank god they arived home safely

Everything tasted burnt to me too past few days but now I have the cold so everything apart from menthol tastes of nothing all the same no joy to cherry or even pear drops and dont even mention LMP

But on the plus side in week everything will taste wonderful

The Mint choc chip has actually recovered what would have been a terrible day and night of flavourless vaping into a night of mild taste but still manageable vaping.



I can't wait for my taste buds to come back as well.
They've got till Saturday for a break then my 150ml of Frogsters juices will have finished steeping.

Been having an odd day myself. Started a new bottle of Vapology Forest Fruits (with an extra shot of flavour) and its virtually bland. I've got 3 clearo's sitting in vodka cos I was sure they were gunked up.

On the plus side, I've drunk half a bottle of port and feel dandy

I had a cold and all my liquids did not taste nice, they will come back.

Well starting day 2 of no sense of taste.. at all
Brushed my teeth this morning and I might as well have been using wallpaper paste, it's worse today than yesterday
I feel today like I would if I was deaf in one ear or blind in one eye, I can function but it's really annoying.

On the plus side I can vape 24mg like it's going out of fashion... on the negative side all my liquid is 18mg apart from a drop of 24mg RY4 which is all I've got left

I've still got about 3ml of mint choc chip and about 5ml of HS menthol sensation so not all is lost for the next day or so.
Still it would be nice to have the option of some different flavours.


Come back taste buds please!
Whatever I've done to upset you I wont do it again... probably

I have spent the last several days with man flu and my taste had completely gone,cant even taste my food just been using menthol but even that did not have any flavour. Taste is just starting to come back. Hopefully in a couple of days your buds will return to normal.

I think it was probably the dry hits when dripping that have made my taste buds hate me forever

I doubt banoffee will taste of anything at the mo
So unfair!

Not sure what my issue is, I've got no cold. Nutty juices, chocolate, caramel are all ok, but I can't get any taste of this new Forest Fruits. It was ordered with extra flavour but a slightly lower nic mg. What's the chances of THAT affecting the taste ? I've got it in the same tank I used for the other bottle so there shouldn't be a bleed over of a different flavour.

Driving me bonkers.

I have three Cartomizers on the go through the day:

Cart 1 = Banoffee Cream
Cart 2 = Forrest Fruits
Cart 3 = RY4

Soon to be a Cart 4 with GVC

Not using the same flavor through the day helps me keep the flavors staying, but that's just me, i suppose it will be different for others.
