As i said before i didnt want to pay full whack for a dripper. But its my birthday tomorrow. As i am turning 24 i was not expecting any presents/money. But it turns out my parents have given me some cash So i want to purchase a new dripper. Budget is about £20.00 and the rest is going towards my holiday. I do like Igo-L alot but want to purchase something else in fear of the threads breaking. So is there anything similar for my budget? I do like the look of this. but i cant find a UK supplier. www.discountvapers.com/smoktech-rda-rebuildable-dripping-atomizer-black/If you could post me some links to drippers that would be great Cheers Ryan

They're out of stock of the normal one they have the black chrome in stock. Tried to buy a couple of ss ones this morning. I do believe the dark chrome ones are ss still but plated on the outside. Chris.

This is my first venture into a dripper and I think it's great, no leaking - the 8 wicks see to that and produces loads of vapour and flavour is great too.
It is a push on cap with 2 'o' rings to seal it.
Check out this post on youtube to see it being re-built (unfortunately - for me anyway - is in french!!)
He makes it look easy - that's why I'm trying it, needs to be idiot proof lol!!

Are these about the same thickness as an ego battery? Looks nice in black Chrome too. But ss mesh in there you must have small fingers

Yes it's the same size as a ego battery. The black chrome is not SS. Looks like it is sold out everywhere..
It's not all that different to putting a silica wick and you don't need small fingers..

Link says product not found Roger. That two posts, just pointing something out.. Do you actually know a place where it is available or just hang around poking holes?

I'm sorry if I'm getting on your nerves Maccafan don't see a problem with mentioning the black chrome one at vapingthings or saving someone the time of trying to get the ss one when I just happened to know it was out of stock? I did check again before I posted, I don't see how that can be seen as picking fault? I've been trying to find what roger was linking to so I could repost it for the op, there was no clue I could find to the products name in the link so am baffled as to how asking roger for the link again could be seen as hanging around picking holes. I understand you are very well respected and liked on here but I'm struggling to understand how I could have possibly offended you? I was just trying to be helpful. I don't claim to know a fraction of what you do but don't think that means I should stay out of the way.

I got the same one as Di - the Smoktech RDA or "Octopus". It arrived this morning from e-cigwizard so I've only had a quick go on it with the pre-installed coil and it seems quite good. A nice thing about it is that the air intake is routed through the centre so comes up underneath the wick. I don't think I will be bothering with 8 wicks when I re-wick it lol. It is about 18mm in diameter so quite a bit fatter than eGo type batteries.
