Hi all Been Vaping for about 3 weeks now with Vape Escape Vison 1000 However, I never seem to get enough vapour from it no matter what e-liquids I use. When watching some of the videos on this site of reviews or how to do something the person testing the item always seems to get a pretty good vapour going. Anyway I was wondering what would be all the bits you need to make an e-cigarette. I have been thinking along the lines for either the Provari or a Vamo or something close to these products. I have seen people making up wicks, showing tanks etc but am unsure how all this works together with all the bits and bobs. Any help would be gratefully received. N6

Rebuildables are out of my league but a higher voltage and VG content help with vapour production. I still can't match Dave Dorn on VTTV though even if I drag until I turn purple

Hi number6, Welcome if you want more throat hit pg, vapour vg, so if you got e-juice the ratio would be 70/30 pg/vg, why dont you try a vamo to start with lot more cheaper than an provari , that's if you want to experiment with O'hms Voltage on a e-cig, or try dripping on a LR Atomiser.

Hi Number6, I agree with Banky. Get yourself a Vamo for about £50, and enjoy the major increase in flexibility. More vapour, a better battery charge because the bigger batts last a whole lot longer, even the 18350s, and the chance to check your battery life and the ohm rating of your tank/carto/clearo simply by pressing a button. If you like this, then you might want to consider something more expensive, although to my mind I am more than happy with the Vamo, and can't see any reason to spend 4 times as much just because it says Provari! At the end of the day though, the mix of the juice and the ohm rating of your receptacle makes as much difference as being abot to bang the volts/ wattage up a bit. Maybe try a Spinner or Twist if you want to go half way . . . ? Andy

How long a draw do you take no 6? to get good vapour you need at least a 4 second draw and longer = more vapour.

Currently using 50/50 e-liquids so look like I need to look at both volts and pg. Thanks N6

The reasoning behind why i looked at the provari was simply maybe price equalled a better vapping product. Funny really that I've gone from simply making a rollie and lighting it up to learning about volts, ohms, vp/pg for liquids! Lol Thanks again for the help. N6

It's a learning curve alright, but a fun one at that! You'll quickly become conversant with all the jargon, and your understanding of it all will develop really quickly. Feel free to ask away if you have any more questions, that's the way we all learnt about it, and we're here to help! Andy

Hi N6, Vamo @ www.vapeescape.co.uk for £39.95, XTAR Charger for £15.99 don't if you can get another charger cheaper than this, Batteries Efest 18650 £8.95, 18500 £6.95, 18350 £5.95. The other guys will keep you right for what carto's or tank's to use with the vamo, Hope this helps. If you have question's to ask, ask away always someone here that can help.

Agreed! I use these on my modest Riva batteries with juices of various PG/VG ratios and I get loads of great Cumulo Nimbus clouds of billowing vapour with them. We need a cloud smiley

We need a cloud smiley Thanks I have ordered a pack to see how this will work. I'm currently using 50/50 juices from Alchemists Cupboard so will look for a differing ration to see how that works also. Mind you I'm not keen on all the flavours I just need a good old tabacco taste tbh.

Hi number 6 i found exactly the same thing a week or two into my vaping experience and went straight for a vamo with a vivi nova head it will be so much better you may even find it gives you too much and you have to cut down the nic content, dont forget the vivi nova heads they are simple at the start once you have played with that setup you can play with the other heads later:) welcome and good luck:)
