Is there a difference in charge time with each charger? Does more money for a charger mean it will charge quicker takes between 3-4 hours to fully charge my 18650's

Is there a difference in charge time with each charger? Does more money for a charger mean it will charge quicker takes between 3-4 hours to fully charge my 18650's It all depends how may amps the charger is delivering to the battery. The higher the ampage then the quicker the battery will charge, the lower the slower it will charge. Lower amps may take longer to charge but it also extends the life of the battery by charging it at a slower rate.

Does anyone know how long it should actually take to charge 18650 torchy 2000mah batts? Is that the blue one's? If so then I have a pair of those but have hardly used them. From memory they took 3-4 hours to charge on my Nitecore Intellicharge i4.
