Down to half a ciggy today! Sparked one up with my morning coffee and it tasted like crap got about halfway down and then stubbed it out, iv used 4 carts so far today tastes so much better than an embassy no one, any1 used the health e? How many carts a day did you go through?

Hey Don - Half a ciggy...lol. They do taste awful after you've been vaping a little while.

I went through about 5 or 6 carts a day. I was thinking, when i first got my e cig, that i should be making a cartridge last me all day. And felt bad when i used two. Then i realised that it didn't really matter how many i used just so long as i didn't smoke. I would chuff away till the cravings were beat.

That's exactly I how I am feeling when it says a cart is the same as 10-20 anologues and I'm goin through 4

I think most people would dispute the somewhat outrageous claim that one cart is that many fags.
i would think a cart on a mini-cig is more like 3 or 4 fags.

Don't know if I'm gonna be able to hold out another month till my birthday to get an upgrade
I'm hooked now need a bigger and better vaping tool lol
Did you ever refil any of your carts on your mini health e

Yeah i did do a few re-fills. But my new e cig came so i didn't really perfect the art of re-filling the health e cartridges.

Why don't you save some spent ones and do some experimenting. It can be done. Chrissie posted up a you-tube link where a guy shows how he did it. It's pretty simple. But practice makes perfect.

I got impatient about upgrading. I was quite happy with my health e but knew i needed a bigger battery for when i went back to work. In a crazed moment i just went ahead and ordered it.
You're doing very well as you are Don. Have you researched some models ? Have you got a particular e cig in mind as yet ?

Ive been looking but to be honest Its all a bit overwhelming there is that many I don't know where to start
Do you have any suggestions? Chrissie suggested a couple just gonna keep looking till one jumps up and says "hey pick me"

Think I'm gonna experiment with the empty carts and e juice got nothing to loose

I would say to go for one like mine. But with a 510 threaded atomiser. So i would probably advise you to go for a Riva with at least a 650 battery (you can check the spec of each one).

Or an Ego..again with a 510 thread. I say a 510 thread because there are many different parts available for this type.
With a 650 battery you will probably go all day on one battery. Most starter kits supply you with two batteries. So you'll be well covered.

Chrissie really is quite an expert on all this and i wish i'd listened to her before i bought mine.Not that i'm in the least bit disappointed with it. It's just that i could have had the same performance but with a 510 thread that would've opened up cheaper replacement parts and more extra's would've been available.
I think liberty flights do supply Rivas and egos. There are also some suppliers associated with this forum that supply starter kits and it would be worth having a look.
If you can't get chrissies attention then just pm her. She is well cool and all for helping people like us. She knows sooooo much too.

Your doing fine, take your time to research what's best for you. I recommend a Riva, ego, tornado type e cig. They have a 510 fitting and are compatible with a load of extras that make them even better. There are a few suppliers on this forum who sell kits and juices and have good reputations. If your e cig is a supermini that's what I started with and I refilled the carts with a syringe. Fiddley but not too hard. It gets much easier once you upgrade to a better e cig.
