It can only really be 1 of 2 things proff, The button or attie conector, I'll try it all first though and I'll end up leaving it with a 901 anyway

Well, for what it's worth, i reckon it's defo something to do with the atty connection...it's the only thing that made it work better temporarily, when i stuck bits of business card down around there to soak up any juice, worked better than a pipe cleaner, i found.... I wonder if Lolli would send you hers, Prof, to check out...as we both split the deal and from what she said at the time, hers was the same as mine...

I had mine at the same time, Lilac. Had no luck with it at all. I believe Chrissie adopted one of mine and Liz had the other one. They were a huge disappointment to me, forever trying to leech excess liquid from the attie connector..... It all made me feel rather sad... Lynda (I'm sure Lolli will still have hers)

posting this at the request of prof i recived the SD from lilac in pristine condition and was very supprised that i found no problems with it whatsoever apart from the 2 batteries were well and trully goosed (they looked brand new) this is not a slant on lilac by the way as i wasnt even expecting batteries in the deal and would of been happy to recive it without so i think the previous owner that lilac origonally traded with didnt have his own set of batteries to put in the SD as ive been using my own batteries in it since it came and it hasnt missed a beat. i just love these things and if i had a choice being washed up on an island on what vaping machine of choice i could take it would be a MK 1 SD

Hmmm...strange...maybe i'm just too fussy? Have you been using it exclusively tho Mark? bearing in mind when i bought it, i didn't have anything else to use, 'cept a wee 901... and it was before the LR atties were available.... if it's okay with you Mark, i'm gonna copy your post and send it to the guy who sent it back to me, i'd hate to think he thought i'd sent him it broken or something... re the batts, they hadn't had much use, as i bought them a week before i got my Tornado, then only used them occasionally after that... would them lying in a drawer for nearly a year goose them then? overdischarging or whatever?
