Not being controversial but its like the vendors who give discount codes to face book users only. Most face book users are from sites like these! Miss us out and miss an awful lot of potential buyers. Just saying....

They were very good at our first meet,gave away an MPV an E Vic,juice and t shirts,the staff came and had a great time with us,I'm not going to comment on their customer service as I have never actually bought from them,but they have a shop in bits at the moment while they build a lounge and I have found working along side them a great experience,hope things work out and this type of thing is sorted out.

That's a result, having credit in an account you will never use! Not sure why some vendors believe credit is a solution.

Someone with similar problems over on UKV seems to have had to resort to a Paypal dispute to resolve there problem with ukecigstore here:- ukvapers.org/Thread-Ukecigstore-com-is-anyone-home-Resolved-paypal-issue-thanks-AdamI can see that the Vendor "Superman" was online on UKV at 8.55pm this evening but his last post was on 27 Feb. If you are a member of UKV, you could always PM him from there as I cant see them listed on AAEC

OK first of all very very very sorry to anyone who has had issues recently, we are going through an expansion and are in the midst of a move to a new warehouse and new store, this has taken considerably longer than we had envisaged.
We have taken on new staff to deal with customer services, and have had a bit of a back log to deal with but are back on track. We have also focused on bringing new exclusive products to our customers which you should be seeing within a few months.
So if there are any pending issues please PM me directly and I will make it a priority to deal with them.
We do have forum discount codes and in fact AAEC was the first discount code on our site.
Again very sorry to anyone who has had issues during this period.

Such a shame that you couldn't have dealt with peoples problems after receiving email complaints as quick as you have come to this thread to make your excuses. Naming and Shaming often has the desired effect Vendors need to be a tad sharper with genuine customer complaints. There are many posts both here and on UKV where vendors sort out customers complaints as a priority and receive grateful responses on the forum which in turn give confidence to others. I would think your excuses may well have had the opposite effect. In the past, commercial enterprises may well have gotten away with ignoring complaints from customers, that wont work any more

Finally getting somewhere with them regarding my faulty Provari. Two apparently ignored emails and one phone call finally led to an angry email yesterday and hey presto- I've now got a returns label from Provape. Communication is not UK e-cigs strong point.

I've had a great service from them can't fault them at all. Friendly helpfull even gave me advice on setting up in business even tho it would be a rival.
I sent an email for juice on Friday and it was there on Saturday at the meet.
They were saying how they have improved there customer service team so all emails will be responded to with in 24hours so the problems should have dissapeared now.
When buying items in bulk that are sealed there will be items that are faulty or will develop a fault which is not the vendors fault but the manafacture but the vendor will sort out a replacement or refund on the return of the item. They need to inspect faulty items as those that like to try and pull a fast one just expect a replacement for something that is fine. My lavatube button died two weeks after purchase from ecigwizard they asked me to send it back so I did and they sent a replacement when I phoned them to ask what they will do with the old one they said they sell all faulty items on a eBay style website as a job lot at the end of the year when I asked if I could buy it back so I could use the vv board he said I could for £3.50 Quite often it becomes a loss for the vendor as time and shipping is money and they just right it off
I do think some people are quite hard on vendors I've had problems replying to a vendors email before and had to do it thru the website message system.

Got to say I bought my first vaping gear from them, there was a small error in the order and it was sorted quickly and in a friendly way. Not makeing any judgement, just my experiance.

If this had been my first Vendor in my quest to give up the stinkies I would be still smoking they are by far the worse vender I have ever used for anything .... even E-bay.
I get that things go wrong, things go out of stock and the like, I'm a very understanding sort of bloke, but once someone just out and out lies to me game over ....!
I'm sorry but there is too many good vendors out there to waste my time and money with these
