I have never had anything less than exemplary service from the guys at UKEcigstore. As Habeeb says above, PM them via the forum if you have any issues.
They do some great raffles at the LSE Meets and a terrific discount for 'on the night' purchases, and no delivery costs to pay.
I realise we all have different customer experiences, but I have to say mine have always been positive.

It would appear that I have opened up an old wound posting on this thread, I told it like I found. I have had a message from them and I'm assured that things are different now at UKecig new staff ect.
I hope that things really have changed for the better, time will tell, after all we as the consumer benefit from good vendors the market place is growing on a daily basis I wish them all the best .... Serve us well and we will reward you with orders
