I think both kits come with all you need. The Exo looks like an Ego type affair but with big batteries. Check out this thread for more info on the BW510n, allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=suppliers&action=display&thread=1875I have one and I love it. Really well made and easy to use. I couldn't say which one is better as I've never used an Exo. I suppose the main difference will be the size and looks. Hope this helps a bit.

DT I just bought a BW510 from Mark. It's an awesome pice of kit. Super long battery life too. But I've ordered an Arry Tank and some Clearos to go with it for the bestest vaping experience. Go on, just do it!!!! You wont be disappointed

The Arry Tanks are retailed through Ecigwizard Blue . . . ecigwizard.com/shop/31-arry-tankThey use the innards from a clearo . . . ecigwizard.com/shop/28-clearomisersSo are a completely different beast from an Ego-T, although both are in effect a 'Tank' system . . . but the Arry Tank can hold 5ml of juice so the capacity is greater and of course cheaper in the long run as you only need to replace the clearo innards rather than an entire atomiser.

The BW is a big 18650 battery which will last you a few days were as the EXO 14500 is a smaller battery which is slightly bigger than an ego battery and looks a bit like a lipstick. The new clearos I got in now come with a plastic tip which their is a picture of on my website and you can use the plastic drip tips with them aswell as I hate the old rubber ones myself.
Edit to add that they are both kits so you will not need to buy anything extra
