Terminator C

Hi,
I just ordered the Terminator C Kit from stormys. £48.12 shipped. Comes with 2 ft of 3ml wick 2ft of no res 2ft of kanthal and an 5 o ring pack. I'm just a tiny bit excited. My first venture up the price scale from Aga/Phoenix type atties. Anyone want to get me more childishly excited by telling me how good theirs is? And does anyone know if they are actually the same as the Nautilus/interchangeable or completely different?

Chris, they are completely interchangeable. I had both at one point and was able to mix and match, you will love it. The terminator C is a sturdy bit of kit.
How are you with making res/non res wires?

I haven't tried yet Greigster but I'm hoping that 20 years of Fly Tying will pay dividend. I've got tying tools I hope will make the learning curve a little easier. I reckon there'll be some crossover of technique there, well I hope so!

You'll be delighted I'm sure Toon . . . a learning curve with making your res/non res wire, but there's an excellent tutorial from Blakey for the Penelope, which is the self same principle for the Terminator/Nautilus.

And funny you should mention this now as I just got round to picking it up from the sorting office today. Yeah I'm very happy with it. The quality is great. It arrived about nine/ten days after I ordered but I wasn't in and have been away working so only got it this morning. First set up was great but couldn't resist fiddling and trying again, made a mess of that one so set it up again and I've got it going ok but have now got no non res left so will have to wait to get fiddling again. Overal very pleased with it though.

Couldn't find one for love nor money but keep your eye on the classifieds on here about two a week come up on average.

I got mine delivered a few days ago from Storm'y, And after the second try with the wick and coil got up it and running
and been vaping on it ever since. You won't regret buying it, the coil I have on it just now the resistance is showing 2.2 and I put the voltage up to 4.3
