Yes they do have good rep, but I still think they are expensive, but that's me.

VERY easy to rewick vivi nova / CE5 Rebuildables. I can rewick a head in under 3 min with this stuff

Had a few things from Cloud9, good as gold. Keith and Lisa are very helpful. I dont think they are any more expensive than anybody else and all their gear seems to be quality.
