Aww Bugger! There was me thinking you were going to have a big sell off Bomber. Seriously though... I'm the same, it's a bit of OCD. You have to have it all and in double quick time. I've had a couple of years out of the vaping scene but this time I'm just looking at what I /need/ rather than what I /want/. Ask yourself 'what are my needs' and you'll see that you /need/; A small portable for work. I chose Vision CE5 clearos with a couple (make that x4) of 400mah batts. A better portable for the drive home (+ change of flavour). I chose a ST Gini and VST + Rider Robust (a little more protection for a throwabout). 1 good dripper and 1 good Geni/tank + 1 good mod for we/ends. I chose a hacked T2 and Maximus + Vamo. The rest is just bullsh£it and time wasted on the forums looking for the next /hit/ in the classies with bragging rights. Get over it!! ) (only joking)

After reading all of these lovely posts ive got tears in my eyes how could i poss leave you all, im just going to have to learn to curb my spending abit I had to read the entire thread, only to find out you are now staying Great news that you are staying though. You've only been vaping a relatively shortish time and are still in the newness and initial euphoria of vaping and kit. Although to be fair, many on here have been on that for years lol. New bits of shiny kit are coming out all the time and it can be difficult not to want everything you see, or to try to make your vaping experience a bit better by keeping up with the latest technology. I've stopped buying much stuff now and really think through new hardware purchases and juice, I also have a good wait until any new stuff has been well tested and normally Mk2 has come out. I too spent ALOT in the beginning, I don't think I told the Mrs how much But now I have plenty of decent kit that should be long lasting, I also spent alot on crap. Anyway, rambling on a bit, see you soon then

Panicked a bit when I saw this bomber! But glad your staying! I've been very good with spending and only have 5 egos and buy 1 50ml bottle of juice a month costing £12. So vaping generally costs me that. Until I need new carts then it's nearer £20. Better than £30 a week!

Ignorance is bliss but knowledge is power. Had I not stumbled across the forums I'm sure my skycigs would have ended up in the bin and I'd be back to the rollies. I have the same problem with you with shiney syndrome and a depleting bank balance, self control will be found at some point I hope! But I wouldn't give up the forum as no-one else would understand when I had a problem with my centre pin!

Glad you're staying I was spending too much as well for a time, but it was pretty much all in search of my ideal set-up. I've finally got there with my vamo and dct tanks, plus an IGO-L and a couple of 306's for dripping. Spending has dropped to very little and I'm mixing my own liquids now which also helps. Stick with it and be strict with yourself re budget, you'll get there

how could i poss leave you all, im just going to have to learn to curb my spending abit Why don't you unbuy ( sell ) a few of the bits n bobs you won't use or have outgrown Bomber, then with any money raised you could have a little splurge on something new that takes your fancy without dipping into your bank account further. That way you won't feel like your depriving yourself of a treat or two. You must have a shed load of unsuitable eliquid. yes i have shed loads of it perps think i'll be giving the classy's a bashing tomorrow

I don't spend much at all nowadays, only buy what I need. Had to learn the big difference between need and want a long time ago as money's so tight. As long as what I've already got's still doing the intended job with no problems, then there's no need to buy anything else.

Really Bomber....like someone else said...with a new shiny wait till it's been thoroughly tested.... I waited yonks before buying a rebuildable cos I was quite happy with my boges and my tanks... Then I had fun and games with rebuildables for a few months. Now am quite happy... Get the odd bargain but you have to set yourself a budget...like £20 or so for a mod etc. Have one expensive (mechanical) and be done with it

glad you're staying bomber Raffles (earlier post) is spot-on regarding spend/save and tracking it with a spreadsheet, it really does help give you the incentive to only spend what you really need to. You can then instantly see the effects of prospective purchases without going anywhere near paypal.. I've been doing that since the start as the money-saving element of vaping is around 40% for me. Stats to date:- £461.19 saved on baccy, £275.38 spent on vaping, £185.81 nett saving and with enough juice and cartos/clearos in the bank for a good 5-6 months so the nett saving is going up If you want a copy of the spreadsheet, pm me an e-mail addy and I'll ping you one over... no macros in it so it's safe

The rest is just bullsh£it and time wasted on the forums looking for the next /hit/ in the classies with bragging rights. You said it in jest, so please don't think I'm taking a pop Hampton, because I'm not . . . I guess for some there's a grain of truth in there. Although I think on AAEC, as we're like mates it's more about getting caught up in the fun and excitement of a purchase with friends, so we can compare notes on our thoughts about whatever we've succumbed to. And for me, I'd guess others as well, having found a lovely alternative to tobacco that actually works, it's rather nice to indulge yourself. Limiting the indulgences is the hardest part once we've got past thinking about our tobacco habit. Anyway, bit early on a Saturday morning for deep thoughts, look forward to seeing those adverts on the Classies Bomber.
