If you like a very warm vape then the kayfun will be no good to you. You would need to specify the type of vape you prefer in order to obtain a more accurate answer. I have to say, I do like a warm vape. When I first started using my Clockworks RDA, I was a little bit disappointed by how much cooler the vapour felt in comparison to that produced by a 306. I'm more used to it now. But I wouldn't want to go any cooler, really. So maybe a Kayfun is not for me? (I'm not sure, though. I'd probably be happy to try a cooler vape, as long as there was the promise of increased flavour or amount of vapour.) Hmm perception may not be reality and usually never is.. A more expensive object is automatically perceived as a better product and the association is quite powerful and ingrained into all of us but there is also an element of truth in it otherwise brand premiums will never work.. So asking a hypothetical " money is no object" will not necessarily get you an answer which is not linked to how much it costs. So I can understand where both Roger & Kuro are coming from. I see what you mean. Maybe it's better to ask " Based on your own experience, what is the best ..." rather than an open-ended " What do you reckon is likely to be the best ...". The latter could be more prone to an answer of the form "Well, this one's bloody expensive, so it must be good", whereas the former is more likely to yield an answer based on actual performance.

Tell you what, get yourself a dream from charlies vape store and see how you get on with it, they are superb for flavour and vapour production. It's based on the kayfun but only about £20. If you like it then a kayfun should be on your shopping list

SS version in Apr, so I'll just have to wait a bit.

I thought I might as well bump this thread, because Charlie's Vape Shop now has the SS Dream in stock, but I'm a bit confused about exactly what I'm looking at. There's the "BT 804 SS extended" and also something called an "Extension Kit" (which is sold out). I get that "BT 804 SS" is just a description of the atomiser, so that's fine. But what does the "extended" bit mean? Extended from what? Is there a non-extended version? And what's the Extension Kit for? Is that for extending a non-extended version, or is it in some way a necessary bit of kit for using the extended version? Can someone explain? It would be much appreciated. Cheers!

The extended version would be a larger tank able to hold a bit more juice with a longer cone to match..
The standard will hold very little juice..

Most Faff free mesh Rebuildable - Smok RSST by a country mile - Finding one tad trickier (tho Toby does have them on order ) Ribbon Kanthal (or Nichrome) wire i've found the easiest to play with on it. The Shape of the Vape to me is thicker and softer with Mesh compared to Silica, which i have found to be thinner and fiercer. Depends what Shape thee want Haven't used Clockworks - so couldn't compare The 'Faff' (or focused attention) required with the RSST is actually minimal - and as i prefer the Shape of the Vape - definitely worth it

As it happens, the regular version has now appeared on the website, so it all makes a bit more sense to me now! As I'm used to dripping all the time, I don't imagine that using the regular non-extended version will bother me at all, so I'll probably go for that.

I dithered about which version to get Kuro and went with the standard finally as I do like to change flavours very regularly. According to Tina, they'll be having some more Extended tank kits in, in a couple of weeks. So it's something we could always buy as an extra.
