OK You were all right!!

My first post here 3 weeks ago was asking to recommend me juices and most recommended that I buy a menthol flavour.

I was adamant that I detested menthol due to a bad experience with Consulate's and Whiskey when I was a teenager.

Well I had a couple of samples of menthol, tried them and actually liked them.

Now they are both gone and I'm actually missing my daily Menthol hit.

Sitting here right now wishing I still had some left, even sniffing the carto they were in.

I do have some on order though so hopefully my menthol withdrawals will be quelled within the coming days.

You were all right, I was wrong....I don't often admit that.

I'm afraid I didn't get the chance "to tell you so", but I will say this, if it wasn't for menthol e-liquid in the beginning, I would still be smoking today.
Menthol was my first e-juice and it is only in recent weeks that I have given up using Menthol as my last thing at night Vape.
But it is still one of my mainstays and I really cannot imagine me ever being without a bottle or two of Menthol E-juice.

ha I don't mind if they do as it's true what they said. Nothing like a menthol cig really and rather refreshing.


Might even have to admit that I'm preferring the sweet flavours over the Tobacco ones too soon.

Not found a fruit one I like yet....the Strawberry I liked don't count as that was more like a Strawberry Milkshake.

Menthol juice is nothing like menthol fags to me, more like vaping Polo mints which makes it pretty much the polar opposite of the stinkies

I don't use menthol now but in the beginning when the only other e-liquid I had were foul tasting tobaccos it was the menthol that kept me off the ciggies too!

I LOVE Menthol. Never thought I'd say that.

The best thing about it is you can make it for pennies. Just buy some flavourart menthol and some PG base/PG.

The recipe (for 10ml x 18mg approx) is frighteningly complicated.......but seeing as we're friends on here.

DJS "easy menthol", (mostly PG to allow good wicking in clearos.....)

3.3ml nic base. 1.0ml VG (from the chemist) 1.8ml menthol and the rest is PG topped up to 10ml in a mixing measuring cup. Ready to vape almost immediately......

Mixing my own does sound appealing djs.

As I said on a previous thread, now I think i have my fair share of shineys, funds on bottles of the necessaries will most likely be my next move.

I already invented a Fizzy Cola Bottles flavour, but that was by mixing 2 ready made juices together. So Doesn't count really.

I'd add some mint (pepper or spear) to that recipe, the menthol-only juice I made was disGUSting! But yes, it is a piece of proverbial and cheap as chips to make yourself

Mark, if you don't fancy mixing as such, you could buy some nic base ready mixed at your desired strength then just follow the instructions on the mixology board as to how many menthol crystals to add

Can't find the link for you, but a quick post on that board would soon give you an answer

I have some T-Juice Mentice which I won on RY4radio on the way and I've heard that is a really strong menthol. Also have some Mtn vapour menthol samples on the way too. So for now I should be sorted.

Normally I eat a huge bowl of fruit each week, so imagined I'd like fruit flavours. The ones I've tried to date all taste far to artificial to me. Which in fairness they are and doubt I'd ever find one that wouldn't taste that way?
