I was at my Mum's on Friday and decided to have a puff of her cigarette - not because I was craving but just to see what it was like after 2 weeks without the stinkies.

It was like tipping an ashtray into my mouth!

It was disgusting and it took ages to get rid of the taste. I wasn't expecting such an awful reaction - I've given up smoking a couple of times before and when I've had a sneaky puff it was never like that! You couldn't have paid me to take another puff!!!

Well done. Although I find smoking tobacco thoroughly digusterous, I could happily sit on my back doorstep with a nice fresh roll up.

I can empathise with that - I had a fag about a week after starting on my vaping journey and it was just disgusting. I vowed there and then to never smoke tobacco again.
There have been times when I have been tempted, but I always remember that moment, and reach for my vapestick instead.
Even when I'm on someone's doorstep or decking joining the smokers, I have not the slightest inclination to accept the proffered cigarette, opting to grab my Vamo and have a good ol' slug of whatever's is in my Nova!
I keep a half-used pouch of tobacco in my vaping cupboard, but it's more of an incentive to keep vaping rather than a temptation to have another rollie.

I had a similar situation this weekend. I was Gaspin' for a Tab, stronger than it's been for ages, on Saturday and I Caved in and bought a Ten Pack. Lit one and, no matter how hard I pulled on it I didn't get anythimg that I remembered just a foul taste in my Gob!
I threw 9 1/2 away and the GRIN hit. I have BEATEN IT

I had one when ever so slightly slaughtered at a Christmas party, at first it was vile but I kind of got used to it.
Still haven't smoked one since even though I've had the urge. Usually after a bad vaping day.

I had a drag on a mates cig about once a month for the first couple of months. It was foul it really shows me I have made the right choice and confirms that vaping is for me.

Thankfully I have never had the urge for a stinkie.
I have stood outside with friends while they have been smoking but its more for missing the gossip.
I knew the second I took the 1st drag of my vaper I would never go back on stinkies. I gave away 180 analogs and my lighters within the 1st 4 hours.
