Ethyl Maltol & stevia are sweeteners, I think the Dulche Leche is more of a creamy flavour, ice creamy flavour if I'm right & can help to round off rough edges.

I got around my confusion by buying 'Sweetener' from Liberty Flights.

I got around my confusion by buying 'Sweetener' from Liberty Flights. Which is probably Sucralose if it's TPA's Jess . . . the strongest of the sweeteners I find, so you don't need very much of it. Dulce de Leche has been likened to the taste of Haagen Daz ice cream, the creamy taste of it anyway . . . you can use it to sweeten/round off a flavour. But it also adds an extra flavour that other sweeteners don't, I think. Too much and it tastes a bit like rubber bands . . . . |
